He hold a master’s degree from the West Africa Catholic University of Abidjan and the Centre of Languages and Professional Studies in Accra. Additionally, I completed a one-year MBA course in Corporate Finance at EDC Business School in Paris. Currently, He is pursuing an LLM in International Business Law at the University of Cumbria in London, where He is gaining advanced knowledge in corporate governance, international trade, and investment law.

Me. Yves Constant Amani is the Director of the Advisory Department of BAO & Fils. He is a wide experience in advising clients in the structuring of local and international transactions, and that experience spans across sectors practices. Me. Yves advises clients from early stages of the structuring of deal and continue to advise them in the preparation, drafting and negotiation of the relevant contractual documentation. Me. Yves is bilingual in the French and English languages. He graduated from West Africa Catholic University of Abidjan in Ivory Coast and the Centre of Languages and Professional Studies in Accra – Ghana.
