a) Diaoundé (DFC)

We advised the United States International Development Finance Corporation, (agency of the USA) in relation to the financing of USD 5.500 M to Diaoundé Agro-Industrie for the construction and operation of a cashew processing plant in Guinea.

b) Simandou

BAO& Fils advised a syndicate of lenders with several PRC banks with Export-Import Bank of China as the lead arranger to provide financing for the development of mineral resources exploitation and the construction of infrastructures such as railways and ports for Simandou blocks 1 & 2.
