We advised AngloGold S.A in a deal around some of their mining assets in Guinea related to the Mansala Mineral Resource in Guinea involving Resolute Mining.

b) Robex Resources

We advised Robex Resources regarding the Kiniero mining project in Guinea. This follows previous assistances where BAO & Fils advised Robex Resources in the framework of various financings for the project.

c) We also regularly assist mining companies like TBEA, GEMIC and SAG on their daily legal needs in Guinea.
