Guinea Alumina Project: advising financiers on all the stages (stage 1, with Global Alumina as lead sponsor, stage 2 with BHP Billiton as lead sponsor and stage 3 with Mubadala and DUBAL as lead sponsors) on the financing of the US$3.5 billion integrated bauxite mine, alumina refinery, power plant, extension of the port of Kamsar and the construction of railroad- SIMFER Simandou Project: advising the project company on the development of the world class multi-billion US Dollars Simandou Iron Ore project and the construction of a 700 km railroad, developed by Rio Tinto and the Government of Guinea
- CBG Bauxite Mine Expansion: advising the lenders on the expansion of the Compagnie des Bauxites des Guinea bauxite plant
- Alufer: advising the project company on the development and financing of the Alufer iron ore project
- Listing and capital markets – advising junior mining companies on their listing or issuance of stocks on international stock markets (e.g., AIM Market in London, Hong Kong Stock Market and Toronto Stock Exchange)
